By accessing taxakaxq.com, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Taxakaxq Language Institute. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our digital platforms immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial changes will be provided via the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. Your continued engagement with our programs after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration for English or Spanish courses requires the provision of accurate, current information. Enrollment is only finalized upon confirmation of payment and completion of the required placement assessment.

  Modality: Courses may be delivered in-person at our Mexico City campus or via authorized digital synchronous sessions.

  Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date. Administrative fees are non-refundable.

All content published on this site, including but not limited to curricula, editorial-style learning guides, lesson structures, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Taxakaxq Language Institute or its content suppliers.

Users agree to interact with our community—both digitally and physically—with a high standard of professional decorum. Disruption of learning environments, harassment of instructors or fellow students, or misuse of institute resources may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
